Chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 head purple cabbage, shredded
lbs. Tilapia fish fillets
Sontava Mango Habanero Hot sauce to top
Flour tortillas, heated
Combine chili powder, salt, and garlic powder in shallow container. Pat fish dry and lightly coat.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-heat until oil is hot. Add fish to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until both sides are golden-brown and fish flakes apart easily.
Serve fish with tortillas, avocados, cilantro lime juice and hot sauce to top off.
